MoneyBeh
Version 1.1 · Effective 4 September 2026 · Last updated 4 September 2026
This is the agreement between you and MoneyBeh. We have written it to be read, not to be survived. If a sentence here is unclear, that is our failure, and we would like to know.
The short version. MoneyBeh helps you plan. It is not financial advice, and it cannot touch your money — our access to your accounts is read-only. The numbers it shows are projections built on assumptions you control, not predictions. Your data stays yours, and you can take it or delete it whenever you like. If we get something wrong, tell us.

By creating a MoneyBeh account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use MoneyBeh.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into this agreement.
MoneyBeh is an iOS app for designing a life you can afford to live and understanding what your money means for it. It connects to accounts you choose, reads what is there, and turns it into a picture of your finances and a plan you control — expressed, wherever it can be, in time rather than in numbers.
MoneyBeh is not a financial adviser, a broker, a bank, an accountant, or a tax professional, and nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. It is a tool for thinking clearly about your own money. Decisions made with it are yours.
Two things follow, and both matter:
Consider speaking to a qualified professional before making a significant financial decision.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure: use a strong and unique password, turn on any additional protection we offer, and keep your devices locked. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has gained access to your account.
Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current. One account per person.
You connect financial institutions through Plaid — or, where offered, SimpleFIN. Your bank credentials go directly to them and your bank; MoneyBeh never sees or stores them. Your use of Plaid is also governed by Plaid's own end user privacy policy, which is presented to you inside Plaid Link.
Our access is read-only, always. MoneyBeh cannot move money, make a payment, place a trade, or change anything at your institution. This is a property of the permissions we request, not a promise about our behavior.
You can disconnect an institution at any time in the app, and deleting your account revokes every connection.
MoneyBeh is built for a household, because plans are usually made by more than one person. If you invite someone into your household, they will see the household's shared financial picture. Invite only people you intend to share your finances with.
Personal spending marked private is governed by settings only its owner can change. Leaving a household stops future sharing; it does not unsee what has already been shared.
Your data is yours. You keep every right in the information you put into MoneyBeh and the information we retrieve on your behalf. You grant us only the permission we need to operate the service for you — to store your data, process it, and show it back to you.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pool it with other users' data. You can export it on request, and you can delete all of it from Settings → Account at any time. How all of this works is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Please do not:
If you find a security vulnerability, please tell us before telling anyone else. We will not pursue you for reporting a genuine issue in good faith.
We aim to keep MoneyBeh running, but it will sometimes be unavailable — maintenance, an outage at a service we depend on, or a bank that stops responding. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
Features change. We may add, alter, or remove them. If we remove something you depend on, or change the service materially, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can. If we ever discontinue MoneyBeh entirely, we will give you notice and a way to take your data with you.
MoneyBeh is currently provided at no cost while in limited distribution. If we introduce charges, we will tell you clearly beforehand and you will never be charged without agreeing first. Continuing to use a free service is not agreement to a future paid one.
MoneyBeh — the app, its design, its name, and the way it calculates things — belongs to us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own household's finances, for as long as these terms are in force.
Your data belongs to you, as set out in §7. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the product without owing you anything for it — but feedback is never confidential, so please do not send us anything you need kept secret.
MoneyBeh is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data or projections will be accurate or complete.
Some places do not allow these exclusions. Where that is so, they do not apply to you, and nothing here removes a right you have by law that cannot be waived.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MoneyBeh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, investment losses, or lost data, arising from your use of the service — including any decision you make based on what the app showed you.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using MoneyBeh at any time, and delete your account and all its data from Settings → Account.
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Except where you have seriously breached these terms or the law requires otherwise, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data first.
Sections 7, 11, 12, 13, 15 and this sentence survive the end of this agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
Talk to us first. Almost everything is faster to fix by email than by lawsuit, and we would genuinely rather hear from you.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use MoneyBeh after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not accept them, delete your account, and your data goes with it.
Reach us through the support contact listed on the MoneyBeh App Store page, or reply to any email you have received from us.
